How we work

A user-centered method, start to finish.

Six steps that keep the experience front and center — and keep surprises off the project.

1

Discover

We learn the room, the people and the platforms. Goals, constraints and the moments that matter — captured before anything is drawn.

2

Design the experience

Flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes. Stakeholders react to a real interface, and we iterate — long before hardware is touched.

3

Program

Crestron, Biamp and Q-SYS programming built to the approved design — documented, maintainable and ready to hand over.

4

Stage & UAT

The system is bench-staged and tested against drawings. Deficiencies are resolved at the bench, not on your site.

5

Commission

On-site integration, audio tuning and final acceptance — the room verified against how it will actually be used.

6

Train & support

Practical training and clean documentation, so the room gets adopted and stays healthy after go-live.

Why it works

Decisions happen early, where they're cheap.

Fewer surprises

Prototyping and bench staging surface issues before they reach a live room.

Real adoption

Designing around users means the finished room is one people actually want to use.

Clean handover

Documented code and training leave you with a system your team can own.

Let's map your project.

Tell us about the space and the experience you're after. We'll take it from discovery to handover.
